Shipping Policy

Vital 7 Labs ships to all USA States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do NOT ship to Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of $150 or more.

Typical delivery time around the holidays is between 7-12 business days (Monday through Friday), simply due to the influx of orders coming in. Please keep in mind that there is always a possibility of further delays due to the weather at different times during the year.

PLEASE NOTE that signatures are not required for deliveries; therefore, if there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.

You are responsible for providing us with the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods minus the actual freight charge incurred.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, however, orders with PO BOX are not eligible for expedited shipping methods if offered.
